On June 29th 2012 Hurricane force winds tore through northwest Ohio. Although Findlay was hit hard other areas, such as Putnam county, revived more damage. Surprisingly some parts of Hancock county received comparatively little damage, such as Arcadia, Arlington, and Fostoria which resides partly in Hancock county and has sent Aid to Findlay. The Above photographs how the roots of an overturned tree in southern Findlay, close to Donnell Middle School.
